VNA Leckys – Return & Exchange Policy

At VNA Leckys, we stand by the quality of our electric bikes, conversion kits, and parts. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — with clear and fair return and exchange options.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Has not been fitted to a bike

  • Has less than 5 miles of use

  • In resellable condition with all components and manuals included

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products. If you need a different item, we’ll work with you to find the right replacement.

💳 Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds.
Instead, eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which you can use on any future purchase from VNA Leckys.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • VNA Leckys is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that has been used, installed, or modified

  • Products returned after the 14-day window

  • Items not in original packaging or missing components
